Story Bio: Arrteck is a high ranking officer who oversees several units of Guardsmen. This self-proclaimed law enforcement group serves as the only protection for most of the population of H'trae. They demand high prices for their services and many view them as rag-tag mercenaries with no right to enforce their frequently changing laws. Arrteck has a personal vendetta against Aleyen, an outlaw who has eluded capture numerous times. Hunting him has become a personal obsession.
